The Version 9.5 updates for Mail-Shop SQL and Print & Mail-Shop have been uploaded to our site. Mail-Shop Access will be available shortly.
To download the 9.5 update:
While on the site, be sure to grab the 9.5 User Guide and Reports Guides for your team to review.
Before you begin the update, unzip the update contents and then please read the ReadMe file contained within the update as well as watch the update process video for complete instructions on running the update. Also, make sure your server and all workstations are current on all Windows and Office updates and make copies of your files as a backup. Users may also reference the ReadMe for details on the newest features.
We strongly recommend following all of the instructions contained within the update materials as they will guide you through the process and make it smoother for you. Please do not plan to run the update until you have read the ReadMe and watched the videos. If you have internally managed modifications, be sure to review those modifications in light of this update. If Virtual Systems performed your 9.0 update, contact support to coordinate the best plan for you to update to version 9.5.
If you are on a version prior to 9.0, be sure to run those updates in order before installing the 9.5 update. Each version update includes instructions for running the update and functionality videos for your users.
