The NEW Digi-Shop add-on module allows Mail-Shop SQL users to add digital print capabilities to their system. This module includes Print Estimating (digital and offset), a Web-to-Print interface, and New Pricing Wizards for campaign services such as Email blasts, Purls, and Internet Response Marketing.Print Estimating: The print estimating module comes standard with digital print estimating. It includes a single user license, and initial plant setup assistance via the web as well as the interface to Mail-Shop software. Other formats/items that are available include sheet-fed, web, onsite training, and additional user licenses that may be added for an additional fee.
The Digi-Shop module contains the code elements for interfacing with web-to-print applications, thereby allowing web-to-print storefront-users the ability to submit orders directly into the Mail-Shop system. The module allows a Mail-Shop order template to be created and automatically applied to incoming web-to-print orders – complete with pricing and inventory. When the Mail-Shop order is completed, it automatically sends a ‘job completed’ notification to the web-to-print system so that the storefront user can be aware of the job status. This component may be customized to interface with any 3rd party web-to-print vendor.
The Digi-Shop module also features new pricing items and wizards designed specifically for estimating and managing campaign services such as Email blasts, Purls, and Internet Response Tracking. While there are any tools used to perform these functions, the Digi-Shop module brings them all together for estimating and tracking in your Mail-Shop system.
