Wide Format Module
- With the addition of the Cost Plus and Square Foot Matrix tools, wide format printers are now able to estimate and invoice jobs with a streamlined user interface that minimizes up-front work and allows invoices to be created with less time and hassle than ever before.
Mail and Postage Accounting Module
- Advanced features including the ability to store full statement details to support interfaces with presort and post presort software. This will help reduce data entry error by enabling mailers to automatically update the postage due on invoices within Midnight.
- Intelligent Mail Barcode specifications handling
- Integration with BCC presort software
CRM Module enhancements
- New flexibility to make updates and changes to contract pricing. This is especially useful for transactional print and mail shops.
- New CRM reports allow several new print-outs for contact level details and history
- Integration with Salesforce.com CRM software
Security and Performance Improvements
- Increased encryption from 128 bits to 256 bits
- Passwords can be set to expire after a certain period of time
- Settings can require passwords to be a certain number of letters long
- Performance improvements have been made for cloud users of the program
